Job Description

Landscape Foreman / Crew Leader Northford, CT | $20-$35/hour | Full-Time (40 hrs/week) Christensen Landscape Services, LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Foreman to lead a team of horticulturists in delivering high-end landscaping, garden maintenance, and seasonal displays.
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily landscaping and maintenance tasks Install and maintain annuals, perennials, shrubs, and trees Lead pruning, fertilizing, and seasonal care Design and plant containers and seasonal beds Assist with outdoor holiday décor Manage daily crew readiness, tools, and materials Communicate with clients and account managers Train and coach team members in best practices
Qualifications:
1-3 years professional landscaping or gardening experience Strong leadership and communication skills Valid CT driver's license and clean record Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather Knowledge of plant care, pruning, and seasonal horticulture Degree in horticulture/related field preferred, not required
