Job Description

Job Summary The Landscape Manager/Foreman is responsible for overseeing landscape maintenance and installation crews, ensuring high-quality workmanship, safety compliance, and efficient completion of projects. This position supervises daily operations, coordinates schedules, manages equipment and materials, and serves as the primary point of contact between crew members, management, and clients. Responsibilities Supervise and lead landscape maintenance and installation crews. Plan, organize, and assign daily work activities. Ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet company quality standards. Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members. Operate and oversee the use of landscaping equipment and machinery. Monitor job sites for safety compliance and enforce company safety policies. Communicate with clients regarding project progress and service needs. Inspect completed work to ensure customer satisfaction. Manage materials, equipment, and inventory requirements Maintain accurate records of work performed, labor hours, and equipment usage. Troubleshoot and resolve job-site issues as they arise. Experience Supervise and lead landscape maintenance and installation crews. Plan, organize, and assign daily work activities. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous supervisory or crew leadership experience preferred but not required Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently preferred but not required. Valid driver's license; CDL preferred but not required Clean driving record Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to lift 50 pounds or more and perform physically demanding tasks.
