+ Company Vehicle Full-Time | Salaried | Field-Based | Bradenton, FL Fast Lawnscapes is a growing commercial landscaping company serving the Tampa Bay area , and we are looking for an experienced Landscape Production Manager to contribute to our rapidly expanding customer base and growing field operation throughout the region. This is a hands-on field leadership position — not a desk job and not an inspection-only role. You will help lead morning crew deployment, solve staffing issues, make sure crews are properly equipped, and then spend the majority of your day in the field working alongside crews to physically resolve property issues and complete corrective work . If an Account Manager identifies weeds, trimming deficiencies, missed areas, cleanup issues, or other landscape concerns, your job is not simply to visit the property and write a report. Your job is to make sure the issue gets fixed — and when necessary, pick up the equipment and help fix it yourself. That may mean putting on a backpack sprayer and treating weeds, pulling weeds by hand, trimming shrubs, helping clean up a property, or working directly beside the crew until the issue is resolved. We are looking for a leader who is willing to lead from the front . What You'll Do Manage morning crew deployment and staffing adjustments Make sure crews have the trucks, trailers, tools, equipment, and materials they need Work directly with Account Managers to turn client feedback and property notes into action Communicate clear instructions to crew leaders Travel to commercial properties requiring corrective work or additional attention Work directly alongside crews to resolve landscape deficiencies Personally assist with weed control, trimming, cleanup, and other maintenance tasks when needed Make sure corrective work is completed properly and on time Supervise and coach crew leaders and field employees Hold crews accountable for quality, productivity, attendance, and performance Help improve field organization, communication, and efficiency This Is a Field Position You should expect to spend a significant portion of your day: Driving between properties Walking commercial sites Working directly with landscape crews Performing hands-on corrective landscape work when needed Supervising and coaching employees Solving problems in real time Working outside in Florida conditions If you are looking for a position where most of your day is spent behind a desk, driving around performing inspections, or simply reporting problems to someone else, this is not the right role. We need someone who sees a problem and helps get it solved. Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate has: Previous management or supervisory experience with a landscaping company Experience managing landscape crews and crew leaders Strong knowledge of commercial landscape maintenance Hands-on experience with mowing, trimming, weed control, landscape cleanup, and general maintenance Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to make staffing and operational decisions quickly Ability to manage multiple crews and priorities at once Willingness to work alongside crews when necessary Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency Ability to work independently and follow through on issues Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred. Candidates with experience at established or larger commercial landscape companies are strongly encouraged to apply. Driver's License Requirement A valid driver's license is required , and the candidate must have a driving record acceptable under Fast Lawnscapes' insurance requirements. Compensation & Benefits $50,000-$60,000 annual salary Quarterly performance bonuses Paid vacation Paid sick time Assigned company vehicle Full-time employment Opportunity for advancement as Fast Lawnscapes continues to grow Why Fast Lawnscapes? Fast Lawnscapes is continuing to expand its commercial customer base throughout the Tampa Bay area, and we are building a stronger leadership team to support that growth. We are looking for someone who wants responsibility, enjoys being in the field, knows how to lead people, and is not afraid to get their hands dirty. Your work will matter. Your decisions will matter. Your results will be visible. If you have real landscape management experience, know how to lead crews, and believe a manager should be willing to work alongside the team when necessary, we want to hear from you.
