Angler Lawn & Landscape keeps Fort Lauderdale's nicest residential and commercial properties looking sharp, and we're hiring experienced crew leaders to run our maintenance crews. If you can lead a team, hold a high standard, and keep a route on schedule, this is your chance to step up with a company that's growing.
IMPORTANT

  • You have at least 2 years of landscape/lawn maintenance experience
  • You speak Spanish (our crews work in Spanish) What we offer:
  • $16•20/hour, based on experience•Full-time hours all year, no seasonal layoffs•A real leadership role with room to grow as we expand•Work with a company that invests in its crews and runs the right way What you'll do:•Lead a crew of 2-4 and manage the daily route and schedule•Set the standard for quality and make sure every property is done right•Operate and maintain mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other equipment•Train and coach your crew•Communicate with the office on job status, issues, and client requests•Keep the truck, trailer, and equipment organized and in good shape Requirements (all required):•At least 2 years of landscape/lawn maintenance experience•REQUIRED, do not apply without it•Must speak Spanish•
REQUIRED
  • Proven ability to lead a crew and keep a schedule
  • Reliable transportation to work
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record (trailer experience a plus)
