PROPERTY MANAGER

What you bring:
2+ years of Property Manager experience (multi-family required) A strong track record in leadership, team development, and results Confidence in budgeting, recruiting, training, and day-to-day operations Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and electronic) Solid understanding of Fair Housing Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) CAM, CAPS, or HCCP? Even better What you'll do: Lead all property operations with full accountability Drive occupancy, revenue, and overall property performance Build, coach, and motivate a high-performing team Monitor budgets, control expenses, and maximize value Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards Deliver a resident experience that keeps people renewing—not leaving At Pedcor Homes, we don't cut corners.
