Oversees equipment maintenance and transportation, and communicates with residential customers.

Responsibilities Lead and manage landscaping and hardscaping projects from start to finish Supervise and work alongside team members to ensure high-quality execution Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools Install and repair irrigation systems Identify plants and ensure proper placement and care Construct paver patios, retaining walls, and drainage solutions Interpret and execute project plans and blueprints Drive trucks and trailers as needed for project logistics Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise on the job site Maintain a safe and organized work environment Qualifications Significant experience in landscaping and hardscaping Proficiency with landscaping equipment and general mechanical knowledge Experience with plant identification and care Skilled in irrigation installation and repair Hands-on experience with pavers, retaining walls, and drainage systems Ability to read and interpret project plans Demonstrated leadership and team management skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Willingness to work outdoors and perform physical tasks Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required Experience and License Requirements Irrigation Installation and Repair Landscaping and Hardscaping
