Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Supervisor to lead our landscaping team in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for landscape installation, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards. This role requires hands-on involvement in various landscaping tasks, including grading, Irrigation, and Landscape Material Installation. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the landscaping crew to ensure efficient workflow. Oversee landscape maintenance tasks such as grading, sodding, planting, and irrigation. Plan and execute landscape projects Train team members on proper techniques for landscape Installation and care. Ensure that all equipment is maintained and operated safely. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service. Conduct regular inspections of completed Landscape projects Skills Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a team and foster a collaborative work environment. Proficient in landscape Installation techniques, including planting, irrigation, sodding, and grading techniques. Knowledgeable in irrigation systems and their maintenance. Experience in Installing Landscapes from a plan. Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate team members. Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality results in all landscaping projects. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
