Job Description

Landscape Maintenance Foreman / Driver Frontline Property Services provides commercial property maintenance services, including landscape maintenance, irrigation, landscaping, and lawn treatment services. We are seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Foreman / Driver to lead a crew and maintain high-quality standards on commercial properties throughout our service area. This is a hands-on leadership position that requires strong landscape maintenance experience, the ability to supervise a crew, and a commitment to quality workmanship. This is a cross-trained role. While the primary focus is landscape maintenance, candidates with irrigation experience are strongly encouraged to apply. Opportunities may also exist to assist with landscaping enhancements, irrigation repairs, and lawn treatment services.
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise landscape maintenance crews Drive company vehicles and transport crew members and equipment Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards Mowing Edging Trimming Blowing Detail work on commercial properties Train and assist crew members as needed Communicate with management regarding property needs and crew performance Assist with irrigation troubleshooting and repairs when applicable Support landscaping and enhancement projects as needed
Qualifications:
Previous landscape maintenance foreman or crew leader experience required Strong knowledge of commercial landscape maintenance practices Valid driver's license required Clean driving record required for driving positions (3 years no major violations) Ability to safely operate landscape equipment Strong leadership and communication skills Dependable and professional work ethic Attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions Irrigation experience is a plus Landscaping installation experience is a plus
