Grading Crew Foreman

Grading Crew Foreman (Full-Time) - Gainesville, GA Andy Strange Grading Inc. is growing—and we're looking for a working Foreman who can lead from the front, not the truck. This isn't a clipboard-only role. You'll be on the ground, in the machine, and responsible for the outcome.

What You'll Do:

Lead and oversee all grading operations on assigned job sites Operate equipment while managing crew productivity and performance Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to spec Set the tone for accountability and work ethic on-site

What We're Looking For:

7+ years of grading experience 3+ years in a supervisory/foreman role Strong leadership and decision-making in the field Willingness to work in all weather conditions Physically capable (climbing, bending, lifting 50+ lbs regularly) Valid driver's license (7+ years) + clean MVR (last 3 years)

Schedule & Pay:

Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM Hourly pay based on experience Why ASG? We're not a stagnant company. We're building something—and we want people who want to build with us.
