A Landscaping or Grounds Supervisor supervises the staff that provide landscaping for residences, parks, public gardens, college campuses or building or office park grounds. Supervises work to care for plants and trees, including mowing, trimming and planting, and work to repair driveways, walks, benches or other structures. Oversees equipment maintenance and transportation, and communicates with residential customers.

We're a thriving landscape installation company specializing in plantings and hardscape projects. Due to expansion, we're seeking motivated individuals installation crews and grow with us.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Install plants, tree, and hardscape features (patios, walkways, retaining walls, etc.) Prepare planting beds and grade surfaces Operate hand tools and light equipment Work as part of a team to complete high-quality installations Learn advanced techniques from experienced professionals

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCE LEVELS WELCOME

Entry level candidates with strong work ethic Supervisor level candidates with experience in hardscape installation experience Construction, grounds maintenance, or related experience preferred Landscaping experience a plus but not required

ESSENTIAL QUALITIES

Reliable attendance and punctuality Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs Willingness to lean and take direction Pride in quality workmanship Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record
