POSITION OVERVIEW

The Mowing Crew Lead is responsible for: Leading and setting the daily pace for a mowing crew Ensuring jobs are completed on time and to company quality standards Operating commericial mowers, trimmers, blowers, and related equipment Communicating with management and occasionally clients Mentoring and holding crew members accountable Maintaining clean, sharp, professional-looking properties

REQUIREMENTS

Previous crew lead experience (Required) General lawn care experience (required) Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required) Strong understanding of commercial mowing equipment and striping Ability to set and maintain steady, productive pace High attention to detail (clean edges, no missed strips, clean blow-off) Dependable and consistently on time Physically capable of working outdoors in heat

COMPENSATION
