Now Hiring:
Mobile Home Park Manager / Maintenance- Maquoketa, IA We are looking to hire an on-site property manager for a large Mobile Home park in
Maquoketa Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage day-to-day operations of park
- Daily inspection of premises and quarterly inspection of units
- Perform light maintenance on park owned, occupied, homes
- Collect rent and make bank deposits
- Keep up with rent delinquencies and file evictions
- Accept applications for rentals and show available units
- Maintain an organized filing system and prepare weekly reports in a timely manner
- Conduct bi-monthly video/zoom calls with off-site office
Experience/Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of how to copy/scan documents and send emails
- Reliable transportation in order to run park errands and make deposits
- Be self-motivated and able to perform well with minimum supervision
- Able to perform maintenance with own basic tools
