As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our clients and production teams, ensuring that every project is executed to the highest standards. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for contracted commercial landscape maintenance accounts. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure account retention and satisfaction. Communicate contract specifications and project updates clearly to clients and internal teams. Manage and oversee maintenance crews, ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to safety standards. Conduct regular site visits and monthly quality control assessments to monitor work performance. Plan and schedule daily routes and services for assigned accounts. Respond promptly to client leads and requests, preparing proposals as needed. Collaborate with the Director of Maintenance Operations and other departments to ensure seamless project execution. Assist in recruiting, training, and developing maintenance team members. Ensure crews are equipped with necessary tools, equipment, and personnel for daily tasks. Prepare and execute enhancement proposals for clients. Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of services. Implement and enforce OSHA safety standards on all job sites. Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials. Attend association meetings as required, including occasional evenings. Oversee irrigation and water management, including troubleshooting and adjustments as needed. Review and approve time entries, purchase receipts, and project invoices for accuracy and job costing. Work with the accounting department on receivables and cost analysis for assigned accounts. Support winter services operations, including labor allocation and execution as needed. Maintain a professional appearance, organized workspace, and company vehicle. Qualifications 3-6 years of experience managing construction or landscape maintenance projects and teams. In-depth knowledge of landscape maintenance procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines. Experience with irrigation systems, chemical applications, and cost control methods. Strong mathematical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and blueprints. Commitment to regular, dependable attendance and punctuality. Willingness to work variable hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to obtain Ornamental Herbicide and Laws and Safety Certifications from the Idaho Department of Agriculture within 4 months of hire (preferred if already held).
