A Landscaping or Grounds Supervisor supervises the staff that provide landscaping for residences, parks, public gardens, college campuses or building or office park grounds. Supervises work to care for plants and trees, including mowing, trimming and planting, and work to repair driveways, walks, benches or other structures. Oversees equipment maintenance and transportation, and communicates with residential customers.

We are seeking a hardworking and dedicated Landscape Maintenance Foreman to join our team. You will perform a variety of physical duties to create and maintain beautiful, healthy outdoor environments for our residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate is a team player who is reliable, physically fit, and has experience overseeing a crew.

Skills & Qualifications Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and lift/move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
Working Conditions:
Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in various Chicago-area weather conditions (heat, cold, rain). Knowledge of landscape equipment, including tractors, mowers, leaf blowers, and aerators Knowledge of landscaping techniques including plants and plant care Communicate effectively; Bilingual Spanish & English is a plus Strong leadership and supervisory skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
