Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a reliable Landscape Foreman to help with landscape and drainage projects. This role is responsible for managing crew members while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards. You will be relied upon to guide the team through a variety of project work including plant installation/removal, mulch installation, pruning, tree work, grading, and drainage solutions. Strong leadership, organization, and hands-on experience are essential. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of managing projects from start to finish in the field. Duties Lead and supervise landscape project crews Oversee installation of plants, mulch, and landscape materials Perform and manage pruning and tree trimming/removal Execute grading and basic dirt work Install drainage solutions such as downspout extensions and French drains Ensure projects are completed according to design and company standards Train and guide crew members on proper procedures Manage jobsite safety and workflow Operate skid steers, mini excavators, and other equipment as needed Communicate job progress, challenges, and needs with management Inspect completed work for quality control Assist with material staging and jobsite preparation Identify and report equipment or material needs Skills Leadership or crew management experience preferred Experience with landscape installation and project work Experience operating landscape equipment is a plus (skid steer, tractor, stump grinder) Knowledge of plant installation and care Understanding of grading and drainage principles Strong attention to detail Ability to read and follow project plans Good communication skills Well-organized and dependable Problem-solving mindset Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable and trustworthy

$19.00 - $25.00 per hour
