Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Production Manager to oversee our landscape/maintenance projects and snow removal operation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality standards, and managing a team of installation crews. This role requires strong horticulture and plant knowledge, planting requirements and abiltity to oversee hardscape construction. Responsibilities Ability to speak Spanish is beneficial Must have working understanding of landscape installation, mowing and trimming, trimming of trees and shrubs, and snow removal Must be able to read blueprints Must be highly mechanically inclined and have a working knowledge of gasoline, diesel, and small 2-cycle engines inable to advise mechanics Must be familar with computers and common software Manage and maintain onsite plant and hard good material Oversee maintenance of all mowing and landscape equipment Must be computer literate and apt to learn new computer programs Able to set and maintain a daily, weekly and monthly schedule and diligent with accompanying paperwork Be able to instruct and train crew members to operate tractors, skid steers, mowers Keep owner informed of customer/service problems and concerns Must be identify commonly used plants in our zone Must be polite, tactful, honest, and confident in dealing with all customer relations Must be able to motivate, train and educate crew supervisors to help maintain schedule and profit margins Oversee and manage operation and maintain snow equipment during winter months Continue to look for better, safer and more efficient ways to conduct our business and service our customers Must be willing to sign a legally binding, 3-year, non-compete agreement

$65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
