Overview We are looking for a reliable Mowing Foreman to help with daily mowing operations. We'll rely on you to ensure properties are maintained to our quality standards while managing crew members, equipment, and route efficiency. Strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to problem solve in the field are key parts of this role. You must be organized, dependable, and capable of maintaining productivity while upholding safety and service standards. This position plays a critical role in delivering consistent, high-quality results to our commercial clients. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a mowing crew on a daily basis Ensure all properties are serviced according to company quality standards Operate and oversee the use of mowing and trimming equipment Manage daily routes for efficiency and timeliness Train and develop crew members on proper procedures and expectations Inspect completed work to ensure quality control Communicate with management regarding job progress, issues, or customer concerns Perform basic maintenance checks on equipment Maintain a safe and professional work environment Assist with loading/unloading equipment and daily preparation Identify and report equipment repairs or service needs Skills Leadership or crew management experience preferred Experience operating commercial mowing equipment Basic understanding of equipment maintenance Strong attention to detail Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Good communication skills Well-organized and dependable Problem-solving mindset Ability to motivate and guide team members Reliable and trustworthy
