A Landscaping or Grounds Supervisor supervises the staff that provide landscaping for residences, parks, public gardens, college campuses or building or office park grounds. Supervises work to care for plants and trees, including mowing, trimming and planting, and work to repair driveways, walks, benches or other structures. Oversees equipment maintenance and transportation, and communicates with residential customers.

What You'll Do:

Lead and inspire an awesome team of landscaping crews. Ensure exceptional service and happy clients with every project. Manage daily operations—schedules, tools, and materials—with a positive attitude. Train your team on best practices (and make safety a top priority!). Be the go-to problem-solver when things need that extra touch.

What We're Looking For:

At least 4 to 5 years of experience in a leadership role in landscaping (we value a leader who knows how to unite and motivate a team!). Solid understanding of landscaping tools, equipment, and techniques. A natural leader who thrives on communication and inspiring others.
