What You'll Do:

Lead and inspire an awesome team of landscaping crews. Ensure exceptional service and happy clients with every project.

Oversee daily operations:

scheduling, tools, materials, with a positive and solutions-focused attitude. Train your team on industry best practices and promote a strong safety culture. Be the go-to problem-solver and motivator. Build strong relationships with builders and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of experience in a leadership role in landscaping (we value a leader who knows how to unite and motivate a team!). Strong knowledge of the new home landscape installation process , including scheduling, layout, and finishing techniques. Familiarity and experience working with builders and contractors , with an understanding of their expectations and timelines. Solid understanding of landscaping tools, equipment, and techniques. A confident communicator who leads by example. A quick-thinking problem-solver with a commitment to client satisfaction. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
