This is a position for someone who can manage AND perform labor. Small company of 3-4 men when we are in full swing. Been in business for 20+ years. We do it the right way and keep a polished image. Background checks might be requested This entails: Hiring candidates to work under you. Build a team, train them to be the best. You will need to learn all properties and routs before the season begins or quickly there after. You must posses the skills and experience to run a company along side the owner. Use all equipment efficiently. We have been in business 20 years but the labor market has drastically changed and we are changing with it. You need to be iron clad dependable and reliable. This is a big part of the busienss. Once hired you need to take initiative. Be eager, motivated and take the reigns. All paper work is submitted digitally. We will be super flexible trying to work around hours and days off. If you give us a good 2 months, we will kick in bonuses. ( All properties learned, not call ins, and a good team in place) We want to empower you to feel like this is your company and you can call the shots if they prove to be more efficient and profitable. We have excellent equipment and everything is always in top running condition.
