Supervises work to care for plants and trees, including mowing, trimming and planting, and work to repair driveways, walks, benches or other structures. Oversees equipment maintenance and transportation, and communicates with residential customers.

Now Hiring:
Landscape Supervisor DNA Grounds LLC is seeking an experienced, dependable Landscape Supervisor to lead our crews and help deliver quality service to our customers. Position Details Full-Time Position Weekly Pay Overtime Pay Available (paid in accordance with applicable federal and state law) Requirements Previous landscaping supervisory experience is required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must provide two professional references from previous employers. Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a crew. Must be able to follow directions and communicate effectively. Dependable, punctual, and committed to producing quality work. Responsibilities Lead crews safely and efficiently. Experience operating landscaping equipment Ensure all work meets DNA Grounds LLC quality standards. Maintain company equipment and job site safety. Communicate professionally with customers and management. Train and mentor crew members as needed. Probationary Period Applicants selected for this position will initially be hired as a Landscape Laborer/Lead-in-Training during a 2-4 week probationary period. During this time, performance, leadership ability, attendance, safety, and overall job competency will be evaluated. Successful candidates who demonstrate the skills and qualifications necessary to lead a crew will be promoted to Landscape Supervisor at the end of the probationary period and will receive the corresponding pay increase. This process ensures every supervisor has proven the ability to lead a crew and uphold the standards of DNA Grounds LLC.
