With 25+ years serving clients across the region, we've built a reputation on quality work, strong relationships, and high standards and we're growing fast. Boots on the ground alongside their crews in July heat and January storms, building client relationships, leading from the front, and playing a real role in where this company is headed over the next five years. What You'll Own A portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance and snow/ice management accounts You're the face of Thompson to those clients, and you'll be on-site regularly to back it up Active, hands-on field presence across maintenance and snow/ice operations. This role is as much in the field as it is in the office Field oversight of maintenance and enhancement crews, you lead from the front, not from a desk Proactive client communication: staying ahead of needs, following through, and identifying opportunities to add value to properties Planning and scheduling coordination across maintenance and snow operations Training and development of crew members on equipment, safety, quality, and efficiency, you're setting the standard by being present Collaboration with ownership on execution, standards, and growth Who We're Looking For This role is for someone who's done the work, earned the trust of clients and crews, and is ready for more responsibility.

Specifically:

5+ years in landscape, snow/ice, or a related field. You know the industry from the ground up, literally Track record of managing client relationships, not just completing tasks Comfortable in the field and in front of clients. You can shift between both without missing a beat, and you'll be doing both regularly Physically able and willing to work alongside crews year-round, summer maintenance seasons and winter snow/ice operations included Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities across a full season Clear, direct communicator with clients, with crews, and with ownership Wants a career path, not just a job.
