Landscape Maintenance Foreman - Metro West & Cape (2 Positions Available)

Michael S. Coffin LLC is a landscape construction and horticultural management company specializing in high-end residential properties throughout New England. We partner with top-tier landscape architects and discerning clients to maintain thoughtful outdoor spaces with precision and care. We're looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to guide seasonal property care across a range of client sites. This role calls for a solid working knowledge of garden and landscape care, clear communication, and the ability to lead a small crew through the daily operations of fine garden and grounds maintenance.

Responsibilities:

Lead a maintenance crew in daily operations, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to company standards Oversee turf care, seasonal pruning, deadheading, edging, weeding, and general garden upkeep Train and guide crew members in best landscape maintenance best practices and site presentation Communicate site progress and needs with supervisors and office staff Maintain clean, orderly, and professional job sites

Qualifications:

3-5 years of landscape maintenance experience, including team leadership Strong knowledge of seasonal care, turf health, and pruning techniques Proficient with standard landscape maintenance equipment Strong communicator with an eye for detail and accountability Ability to work in various weather conditions Willingness to work occasional Saturdays based on seasonal demand Valid driver's license preferred
