Job Description

GreenArrow is seeking a Safety Manager to lead safety programs across construction projects, championing a strong safety culture aligned with our fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will oversee site inspections, hazard assessments, training, and incident investigations while ensuring OSHA and company compliance. Partner closely with project teams to integrate safety into planning and execution, track key safety metrics, and drive continuous improvement. This role offers the opportunity to shape scalable safety practices, mentor field teams, and directly influence operational performance and risk reduction. Responsibilities Lead site safety programs for construction projects, ensuring compliance with OSHA and company standards. Conduct regular job site inspections, audits, and risk assessments; drive corrective and preventive actions. Develop and deliver safety orientations, toolbox talks, and targeted training for field teams and subcontractors. Investigate incidents and near-misses, perform root cause analysis, and implement improvement plans. Collaborate with project managers to integrate safety into planning, scheduling, and execution. Track, analyze, and report safety metrics, trends, and recommendations to leadership. Promote a proactive safety culture through coaching, communication, and visible field presence. Maintain safety policies, procedures, and regulatory documentation in alignment with company standards.
