Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Lead to oversee and execute high-quality landscape maintenance services. In this hands-on leadership role, you will manage a crew, ensure projects are completed efficiently, and maintain our high standards of workmanship and professionalism. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a maintenance crew to complete daily tasks efficiently and to company standards Perform and oversee landscape maintenance tasks such as trimming, edging, pruning, mulching, weeding, and planting Operate and supervise the use of landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently (

EX:

mowers, trimmers, blowers, hand tools) Train and mentor crew members, ensuring proper techniques and safety procedures are followed Communicate effectively with management and team members regarding job progress and any issues Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and completed to client satisfaction Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials at job sites Inspect and maintain tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning Follow and enforce all company safety protocols and procedures

Qualifications:

Prior landscape maintenance experience required (leadership experience preferred) Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices and equipment Ability to lead a team, delegate tasks, and maintain productivity Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical labor for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic Valid driver's license preferred Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform repetitive tasks Why Join Us?
