Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced Landscape Crew Leaders to oversee and manage our landscaping teams. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring high-quality work, maintaining safety standards, and providing leadership to crew members on various landscaping projects. Your leadership will directly contribute to the success and growth of our company. ​

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and supervise a team of landscapers in completing landscape maintenance and installation projects. Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and in a timely manner. Manage daily crew operations and assist in job site preparation and planning. Maintain a strong focus on safety by enforcing company policies and safety protocols. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction. Assist in maintaining equipment and tools to ensure proper functioning and longevity. Manage project timelines and ensure efficient work execution. Provide leadership and guidance to crew members, fostering a positive and productive team environment. ​

Qualifications:

Proven experience in landscaping, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or crew leader role. Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance, design, and installation techniques. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to operate landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments. Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$20.00•$28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40•60 per week
