Qualifications
- 5+ years of hardscape installation experience
- Must be able to work independently and take ownership of projects
- Ability to lead and manage a small crew of up to three team members
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles when needed
- Experience with site grading and excavation, base preparation and compaction, paver patio installation, retaining wall systems, outdoor living projects, and power washing and surface restoration
- Fluency in Spanish is required; basic English communication is a plus, but not required What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and can consistently deliver high-quality results without constant supervision.
