In this role, you will lead and oversee high-quality lawn care and landscaping projects, ensuring exceptional standards of service and client satisfaction. Your hands-on leadership will drive team performance, uphold safety protocols, and maintain the pristine appearance of our clients' outdoor spaces. Duties Lead daily operations of lawn care crews, ensuring efficient scheduling and task execution for commercial mowing projects Drive truck and trailer and know how to back up and park Conduct landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, trimming.
