In this role, you will coordinate teams, ensure quality workmanship, and deliver exceptional outdoor environments that meet client specifications. Your leadership will drive project success from start to finish, fostering a safe and efficient worksite while inspiring your crew to achieve excellence in every project. Duties Manage the daily activities of landscape installation crews focused on hardscape elements such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscape features Plan work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of projects Ensure all work adheres to safety standards, building codes, and project specifications Collaborate with clients, designers, and project managers to clarify project requirements and resolve issues promptly Manage quality control inspections to guarantee craftsmanship meets high standards Manage equipment usage, maintenance schedules, and material inventory for smooth operations Train team members on proper techniques for landscape construction, safety procedures, and equipment handling Requirements Proven experience as a foreman of a landscape or construction crews with a focus on hardscape projects Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance, landscaping techniques, and horticulture principles Familiarity with irrigation systems, plant material, plant health care. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively Hands-on experience in construction methods related to patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other masonry work Knowledge of landscape maintenance tools and equipment operation Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients and team members Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Join us if you're passionate about transforming outdoor spaces through expert hardscape craftsmanship!
