This pivotal role involves supervising daily landscape maintenance activities, overseeing landscaping projects, and ensuring high standards of quality and safety. As a Landscape Foreman, you will motivate your team, coordinate tasks efficiently, and deliver exceptional results that enhance our clients' properties. Your leadership will drive the success of our landscaping operations while fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance activities including lawn care, gardening, pruning, and planting to ensure timely completion and quality standards. Oversee landscaping projects from start to finish, including construction, tree care, irrigation installation, and hardscape work. Lead and motivate a team of crew members by providing clear instructions, training, and ongoing support to maximize productivity. Ensure all safety protocols are followed during operations to maintain a secure work environment for everyone on-site. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement solutions promptly. Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are properly used and well-maintained for optimal performance. Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management to coordinate schedules and project updates. Experience Proven supervising experience in landscape maintenance or landscaping projects. Strong knowledge of horticulture practices including gardening, lawn care, tree care, and irrigation systems. Experience with construction activities related to landscape installation or hardscaping. Familiarity with landscape maintenance equipment and tools. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Knowledge of safety standards related to landscaping operations. Prior experience in irrigation systems installation or repair is a plus.
