HARDSCAPE / LANDSCAPE /MOW CREW

Hardscape and Landscape Crew Leaders report to the Project Manager or Grounds Maintenance Manager for projects assigned. Hardscape•Direct, supervise, and work with crew members to complete residential and commercial projects including natural stone, permeable pavers, and retaining walls. Landscape•Direct, supervise, and work with crew members in planting shrubs and flowers, trimming trees and shrubbery, and performing related landscape tasks. Properly install landscape bed edging, weed fabric and landscape ground cover. Safely operate company vehicles and equipment. Must possess strong leadership skills with crew and ability to communicate. Enforcement of company safety programs. Accurately complete required company paperwork Possession of a valid Michigan Chauffeur's driver license and a clean driving record. This is a full time position, but the individual hired will be asked to perform other tasks such as spring and fall clean ups, snow removal, etc. Perform additional duties as requested

Pay:

$18.00•$22.00 per hour $18.00 per hour with valid driver's license and no experience. We will train. $19.00 per hour and up with a valid Michigan chauffeur license, clean driving record and no experience. We will train. $20.00 per hour and up with a valid Michigan chauffeur license, clean driving record, and previous professional landscaping experience. Pay will be based on your level of experience. Earned Time Off Program:

Full time, year round employees are eligible for a Earned Time Off program. The amount of ETO hours earned is based upon your length of employment and the number of hours worked in the calendar year up to a maximum of 1,700 hours.
