Landscape Foreman

Position Overview Seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman to lead and manage residential and commercial landscaping projects. The ideal candidate will oversee crews, coordinate daily operations, ensure high-quality workmanship, and maintain strong customer relationships. This role requires hands-on experience in landscaping, irrigation systems, and outdoor construction. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead landscape crews on project sites Coordinate daily landscaping and construction activities Install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems Perform landscape construction including patios, retaining walls, fencing, and water features Execute landscape designs according to plans and layouts Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment Communicate effectively with clients and team members Monitor material usage and equipment readiness Maintain high standards of quality and customer service Qualifications 10+ years of landscaping experience preferred Previous Foreman or crew leadership experience preferred Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance and landscape management Experience with irrigation installation and troubleshooting Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and layouts Hands-on experience in landscape construction projects Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of landscaping tools, machinery, and safety procedures Valid driver's license required Industry certifications are considered an advantage Skills & Competencies Team leadership and crew management Time management and project coordination Attention to detail and quality workmanship Customer service orientation Safety awareness and compliance Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
