Landscape Foreman

Job Summary:

Friedges Landscaping, Inc. consists of all types of commercial and residential landscaping services, which has grown into one of the largest landscaping companies in Minnesota. We are looking for talented Landscaping Foreman for residential and commercial jobs. The position is full-time and winter work is available. Work can include excavation work, grading, retaining walls, patios and complete landscaping. We are paying top dollar to bring the right people on board. • We understand you have responsibilities and interest outside of work. We have some crews that work 40 hour weeks and some that work 60+ hours per week. For the most part it's up to you how many hours you want to put in.
• Winter work is available.

Landscape Qualifications:

1. The desire to do high quality work that you, Friedges and the customer are 100% satisfied with. 2. Landscape experience as a Foreman, or maybe you are an experienced Assistant Foreman ready to take the next step. 3. Ability to read and execute commercial plans a plus

General Foreman Qualifications:

. Landscaping Experience . Valid Drivers license. . Ability to operate heavy equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of landscapers in daily tasks
• Plan and execute landscaping and/or excavating projects
• Oversee the installation of excavation, plants, trees, shrubs, and hardscaping elements
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
