We're looking for an experienced Enhancement Manager to lead our landscape enhancement AND snow removal crews. This role is responsible for daily operations, team leadership, job quality, safety, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities Manage daily landscape AND snow operations Schedule crews, equipment, and job assignments Train, coach, and develop field employees Monitor productivity, quality, and safety Conduct site inspections and resolve issues Oversee materials, equipment, and inventory Coordinate snow removal operations during winter events Track labor, job progress, and reporting in Aspire software Qualifications 3+ years of landscaping AND snow operations experience Previous supervisory or management experience Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple crews and priorities Valid driver's license and DOT medical card (or ability to obtain one) Benefits Competitive salary plus performance bonus opportunities Health, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Company vehicle or vehicle allowance (where applicable) Why Join Us?
