Full Job Description Lawn Care Crew Leader Pay:

$25-$30/hour (based on experience)

Twin Cities Metro Area (Shop located in Shoreview, MN)

Schedule:

Full-time / Seasonal (with potential for year-to-year growth) About Us Schoony's Lawn Care is a growing property maintenance company focused on delivering high-quality work and dependable service. We're looking for an experienced Crew Leader who can lead by example, produce quality results, and keep jobs running efficiently every day. Responsibilities Lead and manage a lawn care crew on daily routes Ensure all work meets company quality standards Perform lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and property maintenance Complete spring and fall cleanups Install mulch, plants, and perform light landscaping projects Safely operate and oversee the use of commercial lawn care equipment Train and mentor crew members Maintain productivity while promoting a safe work environment Communicate professionally with customers when needed Report job progress and any issues to management Requirements Must be at least 21 years old Must have or be able to obtain a DOT Medical Card before employment begins —
