Overview Join our dynamic landscaping team as a Landscape Team Lead , where you will play a vital role in shaping beautiful outdoor spaces through expert installation and team leadership. This energetic position offers the opportunity to oversee and execute a variety of landscaping projects, ensuring high-quality results that exceed client expectations. As a key leader on-site, you will guide crew members, manage project timelines, and uphold safety standards while fostering a positive and productive work environment. Duties & Responsibilities Supervise daily maintenance work, delegate tasks, and motivate the team on-site. Keep projects on schedule, check job quality, and ensure properties look great. Safely use and maintain commercial mowers, trimmers, blowers, and drive company trucks/trailers. Apply knowledge of turf care, plant identification, pruning, weeding, and seasonal cleanups. Perform basic irrigation checks and minor fixes to keep plants and lawns healthy. Ensure all team members follow safety guidelines and wear proper PPE. Qualifications 1+ years leading a landscape maintenance or groundskeeping crew. : Strong understanding of plant care, turf management, and pruning. Confident operating commercial landscaping tools and machinery.
Driver's License:
Valid driver's license with a clean record (trailer towing experience preferred). Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform manual labor. Proven supervising or crew management experience within landscaping or outdoor construction environments. Strong knowledge of lawn care, landscape maintenance, horticulture, and gardening practices.
Pay:
$22.00 - $26.00 per hour
