Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscape Crew Member / Foreman to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in high-quality work, and has experience leading or supporting a landscaping crew. The Foreman will help oversee daily operations, ensure projects are completed efficiently, and maintain a positive, productive team environment. Key Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance and installation tasks Operate landscaping equipment safely (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) Lead and supervise crew members on job sites (Foreman role) Ensure work is completed on schedule and meets quality standards Communicate effectively with team members and management Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working condition Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Qualifications Previous landscaping experience is a plus (3+ years Foreman applicants) Prior leadership or crew supervision experience (Foreman applicants) Prior experience pulling a trailer Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic and attention to detail Valid driver's license (required) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor Reliable transportation and punctuality Preferred Skills Experience with landscape construction Ability to read landscape plans (Foreman level) Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Opportunities for advancement Overtime availability Paid time off / holidays (if applicable) Training and development opportunities Apply today to join Condustrial's growing team and help build safer, stronger work environments.
