A Landscaping or Grounds Supervisor supervises the staff that provide landscaping for residences, parks, public gardens, college campuses or building or office park grounds. Supervises work to care for plants and trees, including mowing, trimming and planting, and work to repair driveways, walks, benches or other structures. Oversees equipment maintenance and transportation, and communicates with residential customers.

Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales and Administration- Serve as the primary point of contact for the sale of cemetery plots and columbarium niches and interment payments.
- Guide families through the selection process, providing clear information on pricing, regulations and availability.
- Maintain meticulous, up-to-date records of cemetery maps, plot ownership, deeds and burial logs (both physical and digital) and reconcile as needed. Communicate all burial information to our Find a Grave volunteer. Coordination and Scheduling
- Schedule all burials, committal services and funerals in coordination with parish clergy and staff.
- Act as the main liaison between the parish and funeral homes, families, vault companies and monument companies.
- Ensure all logistical needs for a service are communicated clearly to all involved parties in a timely manner. Grounds Operation Oversight
- Oversee the opening and closing of graves, ensuring vendors adhere to cemetery guidelines and respect the sacred nature of the grounds.
- Supervise and approve the placement of all monuments, headstones and markers, ensuring compliance with cemetery dimensions and aesthetic standards.
- Conduct regular walk-through inspections of the cemetery to identify maintenance needs and coordinate with the groundskeeping team. Qualifications and Skills
