Irrigation systems lead/ Installation and Troubleshooting (3+ years exp)

We are looking for an experienced Irrigation Supervisor / Crew Lead to oversee daily irrigation installation, repair, and maintenance operations. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing a crew, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and completing projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise irrigation crew members on job sites Drive company vehicles and transport crew members as needed Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain irrigation systems (residential and/or commercial) Read and interpret irrigation plans, layouts, and schedules Plan daily tasks and assign work to crew members Ensure jobs are completed on time and meet company quality standards Train and mentor crew members on proper installation techniques and safety procedures Diagnose electrical and hydraulic irrigation issues Communicate effectively with management, clients, and other departments Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good working condition Enforce safety protocols and company policies on job sites Qualifications Minimum 3 years of hands-on irrigation experience At least 1 year of experience leading or supervising a crew (preferred) Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, controllers, valves, wiring, and troubleshooting Ability to read and understand irrigation plans and site drawings Valid, unrestricted driver's license Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor Reliable attendance and ability to work a full, consistent schedule Acceptable driving record Ability to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) screening as part of the hiring process Preferred (But Not Required) Irrigation certification (LIC, CIT, or applicable state license) Backflow certification Experience with commercial irrigation systems Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Pay:

$21.00 - $30.00 per hour
