Element Outdoor Living is seeking experienced and motivated Crew Leaders to join our Maintenance Division. In this hands-on leadership role, youll oversee a maintenance crew, ensuring high-quality service on client properties, efficient crew performance, and safe, timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a maintenance crew on a designated service route Perform and oversee tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, and weed control Ensure work is completed to quality standards and within scheduled timeframes Report any site issues or enhancement opportunities to supervisors Promote safety and professionalism among team members

Qualifications:

Previous experience in landscape maintenance (required) Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team Valid Drivers License (required) Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Schedule:

10-hour shifts MondayFriday with occasional overtime as needed
