Job Description
Landscaping Foreman / Sprinkler Tech The Landscaping Foreman is responsible for leading landscape crews/projects, ensuring jobs are completed safely, on time, and to company standards. This role also includes assisting the irrigation division with sprinkler system inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs as needed during the season. Position Responsibilities Lead and supervise a landscape crew & project on daily routes Operate and oversee commercial equipment including mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers Train and guide crew members on proper techniques, safety, and efficiency Ensure all work meets company quality standards before leaving job sites Manage daily workflow Perform end-of-day equipment cleanup, maintenance, and preparation Other Duties Assist the irrigation division as needed. During the winter season, assist with snow removal operations as required. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
