This hands-on Landscape Supervisor role is designed to take over daily field operations and lead a dedicated landscaping crew. Reporting directly to the business owner, the primary objective of this position is to manage high-quality landscaping and irrigation installations. Based in Fargo, ND , this fast-growing, locally owned landscaping company offers the care of a small business with significant growth potential. Company-provided safety equipment. Responsibilities Lead, train, and motivate a two-to-three-person crew in daily landscaping and irrigation operations. Execute hands-on landscaping projects from start to finish, including mulching, shrub trimming, and planting trees or shrubs. Oversee job sites to ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards. Operate and maintain equipment responsibly while preparing crews for daily tasks. Assist with daily operational duties, such as scheduling, ordering materials, and employee training. Deliver exceptional customer experiences through professional communication and quality workmanship. Requirements Possess 5+ years of hands-on landscaping and lawn care experience, specifically including actual landscaping work rather than only mowing. Demonstrate 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience within the landscaping industry. Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Show a strong understanding of landscaping operations, with irrigation system knowledge considered a strong plus. Maintain a reliable work ethic, positive attitude, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. #LI-TT1
