This role is essential in maintaining and supporting the quality of our facility and ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests. The Assistant Superintendent will play a key role in managing staff, resources, equipment, and projects while upholding our standards of excellence. Responsibilities Work with Superintendent to Manage daily operations of facilities. Assist in training staff to ensure high standards of guest service. Along with Superintendent assist in overseeing maintenance of the driving range, golf course and landscaping and equipment management. Oversee the maintenance and care of specialized grasses used on the golf course, including seeding and watering. Maintain irrigation systems to ensure optimal performance and aesthetics. Schedule and coordinate maintenance tasks to minimize disruption to guest experiences. Ensure the golf course remains clean, safe, and visually appealing, including upkeep of grass, equipment, and landscaping. Requirements 2 year degree in turf management OR 3+ years turf/landscape experience required Proven experience in golf course management or landscaping necessary. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
