Job Description

North Atlantic Landscape is looking to add a skilled and dedicated full-time Mow Foreman to our team. Join a growing company that takes pride in delivering quality work for commercial and residential customers throughout Southern New Hampshire and the Seacoast.
Pay Rate:
$23 - $26 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule:
Mon - Fri , some weekend work as needed
What You'll Do:
Complete daily mowing routes and ensure all work is completed efficiently and to company standards. Oversee and manage a mow crew Train and mentor new crew members. Review and follow project guidelines, including sticking to scope and budgeted hours. Why Work for

What We're Looking For:
2+ years of landscaping experience. Valid driver's license and DOT Medical Card , or willingness to obtain. Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills. Ability to lead by example and work in a team environment. Familiarity with landscaping tools, machinery, and best safety practices. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
