Manage, train, mentor, and develop a team of irrigation technicians to ensure high-quality workmanship and productivity. Coordinate daily field operations, schedules, labor, equipment, and materials to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on time. Diagnose and repair irrigation system issues, including: Controllers, Valves, Pumps, Wiring Sensors, Drip systems, Water distribution components Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property managers, contractors, and vendors.
Qualifications Needed:
Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining irrigation systems. Proven experience managing and leading an irrigation team of at least five (5) field employees . Experience with high-end residential and commercial irrigation systems . Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. BONUS - knowledge of irrigation system(s), hydraulics, water management, controllers, pumps, valves, drip systems, and troubleshooting techniques. BONUS - Ability to read site plans, blueprints, and irrigation drawings.
