Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, and participate in irrigation installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, renovations, and system upgrades. Manage, train, mentor, and develop a team of irrigation technicians to ensure exceptional workmanship, safety, and productivity. Coordinate daily schedules, labor, equipment, materials, and jobsite logistics to keep projects on time and within budget. Diagnose and repair irrigation systems. Ensure all work meets company quality standards and customer expectations. Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, commercial clients, property managers, contractors, and vendors. Promote a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing irrigation systems. Previous experience leading and managing a team of five (5) or more irrigation technicians. Strong knowledge of both high-end residential and commercial irrigation systems. Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
