At Nature's Apprentice, we specialize in creating exceptional outdoor living spaces. From stunning patios and retaining walls to outdoor kitchens, fire features, and complete landscape transformations, we build projects our clients enjoy for years to come.

We're growing fast, and we're looking for three experienced Landscape Construction Foremen who know their way around a hardscape project and aren't afraid to get their boots dirty.

We're Looking for

Someone Who:

Fluent in English and Spanish Has hands-on experience building patios, retaining walls, masonry, walkways, stairs, and outdoor living spaces Has previous experience leading landscape construction or hardscape crews Can read and interpret landscape and construction plans Solves problems, communicates well, and keeps projects moving Shows up ready to work and takes pride in doing things the right way What You'll Be Doing Leading landscape construction crews Building patios, retaining walls, masonry features, outdoor kitchens, fire features, planting installations, and complete outdoor living spaces Training and motivating your crew Keeping projects on schedule while maintaining exceptional quality Working alongside a team that genuinely enjoys what they do Delivering finished projects that exceed our clients' expectations Why You'll Like Working Here Family-owned company with a supportive team environment Opportunities to grow with a company that's expanding A culture built on respect, teamwork, and quality craftsmanship Every project is different What We Care About Skill matters. Starting Pay:
