Landscape Crew Leader Quality Lawn Care Albuquerque, NM Pay:

$18.00-$22.00 per hour (Depending on Experience) About Us Quality Lawn Care has proudly served the Albuquerque community for over 36 years, providing professional lawn care, landscape maintenance, irrigation, and landscape installation services for residential and commercial properties. We're currently looking for an experienced Landscape Crew Leader to help lead our field operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in producing quality work, and enjoys helping a team succeed. Responsibilities Lead a landscape maintenance crew while maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Operate commercial lawn maintenance equipment, including zero-turn mowers, trimmers, edgers, and backpack blowers. Drive company trucks and trailers to and from job sites. Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, weed control, seasonal cleanups, and other landscape maintenance services. Communicate professionally with customers while on-site. Train and mentor crew members. Inspect completed work to ensure company quality standards are met. Report equipment issues and jobsite concerns to management. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous professional lawn care or landscape maintenance experience required. Previous crew leadership experience preferred. Valid Driver's License required. Clean driving record required. Ability to safely drive a truck and trailer. Strong communication and leadership skills. Dependable attendance and positive attitude. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, lift, push, pull, and perform physically demanding work throughout the day. Ability to regularly lift equipment and materials. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
