This is more than just a labor position — we are looking for someone who takes pride in quality work, can lead by example, and wants to help build something long-term. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day job site operations, helping direct crew members, ensuring quality control, and representing the company professionally while on job sites. We want someone who can take ownership of the work and operate with a leadership mindset. This role is ideal for someone who wants the freedom and responsibility of "being their own boss" while working with a company that provides all-new professional equipment, truck, and dump trailer. Responsibilities Lead and organize daily landscaping and lawn maintenance operations Ensure all work is completed to high-quality standards Help train, guide, and motivate crew members Maintain efficiency and productivity on job sites Communicate clearly with customers when needed Perform quality control checks before leaving job sites Keep equipment, truck, and trailer clean and organized Identify upsell opportunities and help promote services while at job sites Represent the company professionally in neighborhoods and communities Assist with scheduling, routing, and job planning when needed Help create a positive team culture and strong customer experience Help generate new business by networking with surrounding homes and neighborhoods while crews are working in the area What We're Looking For Leadership mentality and strong work ethic Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Ability to lead by example and keep crews productive Experience in landscaping, lawn care, irrigation, cleanups, or related work preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Clean driving record preferred Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Someone who wants long-term growth and opportunity What We Offer New professional-grade equipment Company truck and dump trailer Opportunity for growth within the company Leadership role with autonomy and responsibility Positive team environment Ability to help build and shape a growing company from the ground up Performance-based advancement opportunities This is a great opportunity for someone who wants more than just a paycheck and takes pride in building something they can grow with.
