Responsibilities:

Supervise a crew of 2-3, or more depending on property. Perform general grounds maintenance duties to ensure the cleanliness and appearance of the property Maintain and oversee the care for lawns, gardens, and landscaped areas Operate hand tools and equipment such as shovels, rakes, trimmers, mowers and blowers Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, mulching, and weeding Irrigate lawns and gardens as needed Keep walkways, parking lots, and common areas free of debris Perform basic mechanical tasks related to groundskeeping equipment Punch in hours in a crew app for job costing purposes Drive a company vehicle during working hours, this may include hauling a commercial trailer and equipment

Qualifications:

Must possess a valid Nevada driver's license and have held a US-issued driver's license for a minimum of three (3) years to be added to the commercial auto policy Must have at least 3 years experience in groundskeeping or a related field Knowledge of landscaping techniques and practices Ability to operate hand tools and equipment safely and effectively Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently Must have a valid Nevada State Driver's License for 3 consecutive years

Work Environment:

Includes working inside and outside, around trees, around landscape, around moving objects, and vehicles. Employee will be exposed to dampness, humidity, wind, and extreme heat, at times.
